About Wholesale

 

Our Wholesale Division allows retailers to purchase our products, to resell, at wholesale prices.

 

Terms & Conditions:

  • Retailers must follow the registration process in order to be able to sign into the wholesale page.
  • Our minimum order amount in the wholesale division is a total of R1000.00
  • There are no minimum order quantities on products.
  • Payment must be made before the order will be dispatched.
  • Please allow 3-7 business days for orders to be completed

Should you already have an account with us, the following message will display: "The email has already been taken”

This means you are good to go! Move on to step 3

If it is your first time registering an account on our website, check your email for an Account Confirmation Email.

Confirm your account before continuing to step 3

Make sure to check your spam folder!

Click HERE to visit our wholesale page where all our wholesale prices will be displayed.

(also available in our website menu as : ”Wholesale”)

TROUBLESHOOT

 Issue Solution

When submitting the signup form, the following message appears:

The email has already been taken

 You already have an account with us. Log in as usual or continue to the wholesale page if you are already logged in.

When attempting to log in the following message appears:

 Please adjust the following:

  • Incorrect email or password

  • You do not yet have an account with us: Sign up through the wholesale signup form.

  • You have not confirmed your account through the activation email: check your emails for the confirmation email. It might be in your spam.

  • You have entered the wrong password: Try “forgot password“ to retrieve your password.

    Check your spam folder.

    If you still cannot find the email, contact us at info@dinaledicreations.co.za and we will resend the activation email
